The second consideration shows the customization show based on existing product and the product should exist some capabilities to enable the customization. The third consideration tells a company should think more the integration with their suppliers. A customized product is the final result of collaboration with many companies intensively. Each company contribute its value to the product. So, the suppliers of the product are all part of the product value chain.
